Sends a Wake On LAN magic packet to a MAC address. Returns true when the packet is sent successfully.

Notes
The original predefined function was first available in ZPE 1.7.13. Wake On LAN support varies between hardware and firmware, so a successfully sent packet does not guarantee that the target wakes.
