file_zip (string source, string destination[, number compression_level]) ⇒ boolean
Zips a file or folder, source to a zip file, destination. Returns a boolean based on whether the file was zipped successfully or not. The optional compression_level parameter defines how to compress the file or directory.

Notes
There are three possible compression levels available to ZPE:
- 0 - best compression applied
- 1 - best speed applied
- anything else - no compression applied
If the compression_level parameter is not provided, no compression is applied.
