The libMQTT plugin provides a simple interface for connecting to an MQTT broker and publishing messages.

- connect (string ip, number port, string username, string password) ⇒ boolean
- Connects to an MQTT broker using the provided connection details. Returns true on success, or false if the connection fails.
- publish (string topic, string message) ⇒ boolean
- Publishes a message to the given topic using QoS AT_LEAST_ONCE. Returns true on success, or false if publishing fails (for example, if not connected).
